The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nova avoids the body shot from Fotled.
Fotled smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Fotled ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fotled ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
An inside leg kick lands from Nova.
Nova throws a shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nova dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fotled. That did some damage!
Leffe Fotled seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nova will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nova tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fotled was well out of range. Poor timing from Nova.
Fotled tries to land a leg kick but Nova saw it coming and moves away.

Nova throws a lazy right hand but Fotled sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fotled connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nova's hands.
The fighters circle momentarily. Fotled darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Fotled throws a jab when Nova was well out of range.
Nova displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fotled throws out the jab.
Nova moves away from the strike by Fotled.
Fotled throws out a loose jab but Nova uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fotled lands with a hook. Nova tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Fotled fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nova.
Fotled's corner calls for a 1-2. Fotled obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
