The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Major looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Major trying to control the action but Brown is working from the bottom.

Brown kicks Major off and gets back to his feet.
Major throws a push kick but Brown slaps the foot to one side.
Brown loads up on a big right hand but Major slips the punch.
Major shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Major shoots in but Brown avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Major. Major gets slowly back to his feet.
Tyson Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kirk Major.
Brown slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Brown looks to throw a body kick

and Major counters with a shoot takedown. Brown fights it but they end up in guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brown moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Brown lands a lovely overhand right.

Crack! Brown connects with the perfect overhand right and Major falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Brown!
