The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Katama is defended easily by Andrade.
Katama fails with the takedown.
Katama shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Andrade but Andrade pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Junior Andrade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henry Katama.
Andrade thuds a left hand into Katama's body.
Andrade thuds his right hand into Katama's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Andrade misses with a jab, cross combination.
Andrade defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Katama.
Katama blocks a head kick by Andrade.
Katama shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andrade pinned against the cage. Andrade gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Katama walks forward, straight into a front kick from Andrade.
Henry Katama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A slapping leg kick lands for Andrade.

Katama ducks right into an uppercut from Andrade.

It looks like Henry Katama has been cut.
Both fighters circling a little - Andrade finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Andrade tests Katama's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Katama seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Andrade shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Katama is backing up but Andrade catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Katama covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Andrade Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
