Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Buckern (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen Naughty by Nature - O.P.P. as his entrance music. Carlos Sanchez struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Buckern defends it nicely.
Buckern swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Buckern lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Sanchez keeps the fight on the outside.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Buckern sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sanchez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Buckern tries to avoid it but Sanchez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Buckern to the ground. Buckern escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bruce Buckern has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Sanchez.
Sanchez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Buckern circles away.
Sanchez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Carlos Sanchez has been cut.
Buckern fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sanchez.
Sanchez looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Buckern lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Sanchez is looking to close the distance but Buckern sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Sanchez crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Sanchez is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
