Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joey Kashmere!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lion Gordon!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Kashmere misses.
Gordon throws a head kick but Kashmere moves out of range.
Gordon delivers a nice body kick.
Gordon lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A head kick misses from Gordon.
Kashmere scores with a hook to the body. Gordon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Kashmere closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gordon is trying to stand back up but Kashmere is controlling him

Kashmere is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gordon is just riding it out for now. Kashmere eventually gives up the hold.
Gordon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Kashmere is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Gordon has managed to free his arm - good work.
Kashmere wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gordon keeps working.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gordon is pressing down on Kashmere's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Kashmere looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Kashmere wants to pass the guard but Gordon is keeping the position.
Gordon keeping moving, preventing Kashmere from controlling successfully.
Kashmere passes Gordon's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Kashmere uses his free foot to push down on Gordon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gordon.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kashmere moves to take his opponent's back.
Kashmere landing with strikes.
You can see the frustration on Gordon's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Gordon tries to get to his feet, scrambling wildly. Kashmere sees the opportunity and transitions to an armbar that forces Gordon to tap. Impressive finish!
