Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Noah Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lincoln Hakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hakamura has chosen Metallica - One as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Noah Tyson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lincoln Hakamura!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hakamura throws a wild body kick that Tyson sees coming a mile off.
Tyson moves out of range of the body kick.
Hakamura tries to move into range but Tyson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tyson misses with an uppercut.
Hakamura fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hakamura tries to clinch up.
Hakamura throws a body punch but Tyson moves out of range.
Hakamura misses with an uppercut. Tyson saw that one coming.
Tyson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tyson wants it to stay on the feet.
Hakamura attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Tyson drops Hakamura with a left right combo! Tyson follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Lincoln Hakamura has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tyson pulls guard effortlessly.

Hakamura has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tyson is proving hard to escape from.

Tyson pushes Hakamura off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Lincoln Hakamura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tyson has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Nice uppercut lands for Tyson. That snapped Hakamura's head back.

and Tyson counters with a series of strikes. Hakamura will be more careful next time no doubt.

Well Tyson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
