Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eino Leino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiberias Rockefellor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockefellor has chosen Stand Alone as his entrance music. The key to victory for Eino Leino has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eino Leino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tiberias Rockefellor!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leino shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rockefellor napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Rockefellor throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Leino trying to control the action but Rockefellor is working from the bottom.
Rockefellor struggling a bit here.
Rockefellor might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Leino kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Who's going to make the next move?
Rockefellor wants to control but Leino postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rockefellor misses with a takedown attempt

and Leino counters with a takedown into side control.

Leino is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rockefellor has escaped the position, nice work there.
You can see the frustration on Rockefellor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Rockefellor has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Leino is working away from the top position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tiberias Rockefellor just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Leino is looking to improve his position but Rockefellor isn't that keen on the idea.
Rockefellor lands a big shot there that rocks Leino but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

A close round but Tiberias Rockefellor will probably get the nod.
That's time! Leino's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Rockefellor jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Leino is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Leino and Rockefellor has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Rockefellor scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Leino to see if he's OK.
Leino manages to get back to half guard.

Rockefellor is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rockefellor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Leino has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rockefellor has managed to get both his arms back between Leino's legs - danger averted.

Tiberias Rockefellor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Rockefellor bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Leino's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Eino Leino.
I think Rockefellor has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
