And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Manuel Caolho!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Caolho pushes Dos Santos off looking to stand but Dos Santos dives back in and keeps control.

Dos Santos is working for a submission of some sort.
Caolho is trying to stand up here but Dos Santos is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dos Santos seems to be working for a kimura but Caolho defends the submission attempt.
Caolho wants to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Dos Santos stands and steps away. Caolho gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Caolho bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Rafael Dos Santos has been cut.
Caolho lands a hook that stumbles Dos Santos back into the cage. Caolho follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Dos Santos to the canvas! Caolho pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Dos Santos has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
