Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Plezts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Withrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Plezts had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Jack Withrow has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Alex Plezts's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Plezts closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Withrow is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Plezts's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Plezts is pressing down on Withrow's thigh, looking to free his foot. Withrow is holding on for now.
Plezts stops Withrow from getting back to his feet.
