Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erik Badass!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a double leg but Badass sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silva showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Badass.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Silva lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Badass has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Badass and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Badass sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva seems to be working for a kimura but Badass defends the submission attempt.

Silva is pressing down on Badass's thigh, looking to free his foot. Badass is holding on for now.

Silva is breathing heavily.

Badass throws a poor cross that misses
and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Erik Badass is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Badass throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Badass takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Silva connects with a nice looking jab.
No luck for Silva with that takedown attempt.
Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Badass. Badass obviously looking to wear him down.
Badass throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silva on the side of the head.
Badass fails in his attempt to clinch.
Silva moves forwards but Badass connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Badass loads up on a big right hand but Silva slips the punch.
Badass misses with a straight left.

Silva decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Badass is not content to let Silva control the position.

Silva frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Silva scores with a couple of good head shots there.

It looks like Erik Badass has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva controlling the pace for now.
Badass is still in real trouble! Can Silva finish him?

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Silva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Silva lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Silva closes the distance looking for a takedown. Silva picks Badass up and slams him brutally to the floor. Badass is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
