The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conde misses with an uppercut.
Fisher uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Conde.
Conde loads up on a big right hand but Fisher slips the punch.

Conde looks to score with a jab to the body but Fisher is just out of range.
Fisher shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Conde as he jumps to the side.

A telegraphed right hand from Fisher misses the target.
Thiago Conde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Conde fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fisher is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Fisher drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fisher jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
