The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva thows a body kick. Shamrock tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Silva throws a head kick that misses.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Silva throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Frank Shamrock has been cut.
Silva misses with an attempted mid kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Shamrock is defended easily by Silva.
Silva throws a nice outside leg kick.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Silva scoring well with a low kick there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A nice leg kick lands there from Silva.
Good work by Silva as he checks the leg kick.
Shamrock shoots in but no luck this time.
Silva lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Silva throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Silva misses with a head kick.

Silva lands a big head kick that sends Shamrock tumbling to the mat! Silva takes a step backwards and waves Shamrock back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Silva throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Shamrock is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
