Marcos Kaing struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaing misses with a jab, cross combination.
No joy there for Kaing, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Young scores a takedown into full mount!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Kaing is in a horrible position here. Young smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Young looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Young pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Kaing takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Kaing is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Young loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Kaing scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Young land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Young stands and salutes the crowd.
