Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between doc hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Senshi Nagasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Senshi Nagasaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagasaki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but hayes moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

hayes gets the takedown into side control.
Nagasaki regains half guard.
Nagasaki wants to get back to full guard.
Nagasaki is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of hayes's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take hayes's back!
Nagasaki lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Nagasaki.
Nagasaki wants to control but hayes is keeping busy.
Nagasaki might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control hayes kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
hayes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nagasaki on the ground.

Nagasaki wants to advance to full mount but hayes doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Nagasaki stays in close to hayes's body and controls the position.
hayes keeping moving, preventing Nagasaki from controlling successfully.
hayes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Nagasaki looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? hayes is fending him off so far but Nagasaki persists. Nope, hayes circles away and we're back to standing.

hayes drives through and clinches with Nagasaki against the cage.

Nagasaki tries to pull guard but hayes won't allow it.

Nagasaki postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! hayes is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Nagasaki, into his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Nagasaki is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Nagasaki is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That was a close round but I would say that doc hayes will probably get the nod.

hayes might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

hayes throws a sloppy head kick and Nagasaki moves out of range easily.
Nagasaki closes this distance looking for a takedown but hayes circles away.

hayes has Nagasaki up against the cage in a clinch.

hayes distracts Nagasaki with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

hayes changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nagasaki looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Nagasaki is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked hayes off and has taken his back!
