Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonas Gibson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kid Dynamite!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson gets a clinch.
Gibson misses with a body punch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Gibson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gibson misses with a takedown attempt - Dynamite sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dynamite misses with the combination.
Gibson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dynamite.
Gibson fails to land the takedown.
Gibson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dynamite is trying to defend but Gibson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Dynamite is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gibson slips a nice elbow through Dynamite's hands, connecting with Dynamite's forehead.
Dynamite is looking for a sweep. Gibson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Dynamite stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonas Gibson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dynamite misses with a series of wild punches.
Kid Dynamite seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice combination there by Dynamite.
Dynamite stalks Gibson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gibson's face. Gibson staggers backwards, shaken.
Gibson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gibson is breathing heavily.
Dynamite throws a one two combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gibson seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Dynamite shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Gibson is backing up but Dynamite catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Gibson covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Dynamite Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kid Dynamite!
