Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dylan Petersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dylan Petersen!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petersen takes a swing at Henry's ribcage but misses.
Petersen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
No joy there for Petersen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Petersen throws a hook but Henry avoids it easily.
Petersen finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Nice jab there from Henry.
Henry avoids the body shot from Petersen.
Henry lands a high kick!
It looks like Dylan Petersen has been cut.
Some bone on bone action there as Henry checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Petersen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Petersen tries to land a leg kick but Henry saw it coming and moves away.
Petersen tries to bum rush Henry with a series of wild strikes but Henry uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Petersen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Petersen misses with a looping left.
Henry checks the leg kick.
Henry fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Petersen looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Henry lands with a kick to the temple. Petersen shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Henry pushes Petersen up against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Henry escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dylan Petersen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Henry lands a left and a right that send Petersen crashing to the mat, dazed. Henry thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Petersen is rocked!
Petersen walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Henry swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Henry!
