Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Lomabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Youngblood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Frank Lomabi has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Youngblood got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lomabi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Youngblood has managed to get both his arms back between Lomabi's legs - danger averted.

Lomabi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Youngblood's waist but Youngblood gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lomabi off to one side.

Lomabi postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Youngblood is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lomabi, into his guard.

Lomabi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Youngblood is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lomabi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Youngblood's back instead.

The referee asks Youngblood politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Youngblood prefers to stall for the moment though.
