The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svenson shoots for a takedown but Charyak saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Svenson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Charyak.

Charyak lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Charyak lands a big head kick that sends Svenson tumbling to the mat! Charyak takes a step backwards and waves Svenson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Charyak throws a solid leg kick but Svenson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Charyak.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Svenson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Charyak feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Svenson sprawling to the canvas! Svenson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Charyak finish him?!

Svenson is rocked!
Charyak fakes the body blow, causing Svenson to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Svenson goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
