Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redmond pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Steiner fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Redmond checks it well.
Redmond is looking to slow Steiner down with leg kicks.
Steiner takes a kick to the side of the head.
Steiner misses with a wild body shot.
Redmond scores with a leg kick.
Steiner looks for the body kick but Redmond saw that one coming.
Steiner drops his hands momentarily and Redmond takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
No luck for Steiner with that takedown attempt.
Redmond ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Redmond tries a head kick but it misses.
Jerry Lee Redmond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Redmond.
A head kick from Redmond lands but Steiner takes it in his stride.
Steiner fails with a takedown attempt.
Redmond misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Redmond throws a head kick that misses.
Redmond throws a sloppy head kick and Steiner moves out of range easily.
Redmond misses with a wild combination.
Redmond slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Steiner throws a half hearted mid kick.

Steiner throws a low kick but Redmond avoids it.

Steiner shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Redmond is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Steiner thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Steiner lands strikes from half guard.
Redmond regains full guard. Nicely done.

Steiner drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Steiner jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Steiner throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Steiner is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Steiner is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Redmond has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Steiner is looking to defend but Redmond has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Steiner! Redmond pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Steiner taps out and this one is all over!
