The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Messener throws a jab but it's blocked by Jaxon.
Jaxon throws a series of punches but Messener avoids them all with ease.
Jaxon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Messener.

Messener shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Messener was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
