The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cane will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Boy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cane is just riding it out for now. Boy eventually gives up the hold.
Cane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Boy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cane manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Cane got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cane has managed to get both his arms back between Boy's legs - danger averted.

Cane is posturing up here but Boy has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Cane tries to roll out but it's too tight and Cane has to tap! Slick submission there by Boy!
