The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber moves in looking to clinch but Gutkus pushes him off.
Gutkus avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gutkus swats away the attempt to clinch by Gruber.
No joy there for Gruber, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gruber tries to clinch up but Gutkus circles away and keeps his distance.

Gutkus bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gutkus throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Gruber is looking for a sweep.
Gutkus working the ground and pound.
Gruber regains half guard, as Gutkus was trying to land strikes.
Gutkus sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gruber defending well though.

Gruber has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Gutkus. Oh but Gruber has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Gutkus goes limp - he's gone! Gruber jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
