Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Levens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eye Of The Tiger. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Roberts and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tyson.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tyson is defended easily by Levens.
Levens keeps the fight on the outside.
Tyson thuds his right hand into Levens's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Levens walks forward, straight into a front kick from Tyson.
Levens is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tyson swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Tyson darts in and clinches Levens up against the cage.
Tyson slows down the pace here.

Tyson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mike Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tyson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tyson throws out a leg kick but Levens moves out of range and Tyson only half commits.
Tyson throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Levens slips under a jab.

Tyson moves into range and clinches up with Levens.
Tyson pushes Levens back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Tyson manages to break the clinch.
Tyson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Levens sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyson somewhat.
Justin Levens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Tyson.

Tyson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Levens, pushing him back against the cage.

Tyson has Levens pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tyson pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Levens tumbling to the mat - Tyson dives into Levens's guard.
Tyson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tyson wants to pass the guard but Levens is keeping the position.
Levens has momentary wrist control but Tyson slips an elbow through the middle.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tyson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Levens slips a jab and a cross from Tyson.
Tyson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tyson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Levens paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tyson shoots in for a takedown but Levens shows good takedown defense.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tyson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Levens pinned against the cage. Levens gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tyson walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Levens checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Tyson is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted.
Levens has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Tyson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Levens walks away with a smile on his face. Tyson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Levens holds on and takes a little breather.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.

Tyson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Levens defends it easily.
Levens seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tyson wants to control the position but Levens says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
