Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between I Stupid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Latrice Poole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stupid shoots for a double leg takedown but Poole sprawls well. He's pushed Stupid's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Poole closes the distance and pushes Stupid back into the cage.
Stupid is trying to drag Poole to the mat but Poole just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Poole scores with a knee to the head.

Poole has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Stupid uses from the top position.
Poole is controlling Stupid's posture.

Stupid really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Poole seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Poole manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stupid manages to get himself to full guard.
Poole is pushing down on Stupid's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stupid is fighting to maintain full guard but Poole has managed to sneak the leg through.
Stupid wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Let's hope that Poole has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Poole's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Poole passes the guard and advances to mount!
Stupid's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Poole is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Poole!
