The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sobieski closes the distance and clinches.

Cyborg wants to get up but he can't break Sobieski's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cyborg decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sobieski, up you get!

Sobieski looks to land a combination but Cyborg avoids it well.
Cyborg tries to close the distance and clinch but Sobieski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sobieski throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cyborg is breathing heavily.
Cyborg moves forwards but Sobieski connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Cyborg takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Sobieski has Cyborg up against the cage in a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cyborg is pressed up against the cage. Sobieski has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cyborg down to the mat. Cyborg avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Cyborg is rocked!
Cyborg takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Oh Cyborg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sobieski is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Cyborg hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
