The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Wynd which made him look bad.
Wynd tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jones.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice sprawl there from Wynd as Jones shoots in.
Hector Wynd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Jones.
Wynd finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wynd is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Wynd circles away and we're back to standing.
Wynd tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wynd doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.

Wynd is looking to clinch but Jones is avoiding it.
Wynd fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jones keeps the fight on the outside.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Wynd scores a takedown into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wynd pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Wynd softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Jones is out cold! Wynd jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hector Wynd!
