The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
johnson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

johnson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Woodz napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Woodz is looking to reverse the position.

johnson decides to stand back up. johnson steps back and let's Woodz get back to his feet.
Woodz goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Woodz working for a triangle but johnson defends it easily.
Woodz not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
johnson wants to pass the guard but Woodz is keeping the position.

johnson gets to his feet - Woodz follows without any prompting.

Woodz feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends johnson sprawling to the canvas! johnson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Woodz finish him?!

Woodz dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! johnson has had enough and taps out.
