Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dond Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Durell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dond Bond has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bond moves away from the strike by Durell.
No joy there for Durell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bond has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Durell throws an overhand right that lands on Bond's shoulder, as Bond tries to avoid the shot.
Bond shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Durell might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dond Bond will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Durell clobbers Bond with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Bond pushes Durell away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Durell gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
