Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyreke Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snow Denn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow Denn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Snow Denn!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis checks a leg kick nicely.
A combination from Denn does no damage.
Denn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Davis.
Snow Denn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis misses with a head kick.
Denn shoots in looking for a takedown. Davis tries to sprawl out of it but Denn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Davis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Davis slaps away a takedown attempt from Denn, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Denn wants to clinch.
Denn doesn't manage to clinch there - Davis circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Denn tries to close the distance and clinch but Davis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Davis feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Denn is bucking up trying to escape but Davis cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Davis cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Denn is on top in guard.

Davis is nestled in close to Denn, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Davis wants to control but Denn is keeping him busy.

Davis remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Davis paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Snow Denn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Denn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Davis counters with a single leg into guard. Denn didn't expect that.
Davis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Davis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Denn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Davis has managed to get both his arms back between Denn's legs - danger averted.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Davis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
