Daiva comes to the cage accompanied by The Rasmus - The Fight. Lukas Daiva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Anderson Silva's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Daiva cracks a nice hook into Silva's ribs.
Daiva stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Daiva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Silva looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Daiva!
Silva is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Daiva can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Daiva really wants to buck Silva off and get back to his feet.
Silva wants to control the pace but Daiva is squirming around nicely.
Silva jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Daiva is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Daiva and Silva has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Daiva is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Silva is controlling him well.

Silva goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Daiva has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Silva but great work by Daiva.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Daiva defends it easily.

Silva looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Daiva passes into side control.
Daiva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
Silva manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Silva makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Silva.
Daiva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Daiva has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.
