Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daisuke Marufuji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Tilman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marufuji comes to the cage accompanied by DJ Krush - No More (Kemuri Productions). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daisuke Marufuji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony Tilman!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tilman swings for the body but Marufuji moves out of range.
Marufuji shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tilman but Tilman pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Marufuji uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tilman.
Tilman throws a shot from downtown. Marufuji moves away and avoids it.
Marufuji keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tilman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Tilman drives through with a takedown into guard.

Marufuji is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Tilman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Marufuji has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tilman has managed to get both his arms back between Marufuji's legs - danger averted.
Tilman controls from within his opponent's guard.
Tilman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marufuji swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tilman stands up and waves to Marufuji to follow him.

Marufuji has his foot on Tilman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tilman works his way back into a safe position though.

Tilman has control of an arm but Marufuji manages to advance to Tilman's back!

Tilman drops back looking for a leg! Marufuji is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Marufuji manages to kick Tilman off! Tilman jumps back into Marufuji's guard.

Tilman wants to control from the top but Marufuji keeps moving.

Tilman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Marufuji doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tilman.
Marufuji is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tilman's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tilman's back!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Tilman breaks Marufuji's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Tilman is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Tilman trying to control but Marufuji is working from the bottom.
Tilman seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Marufuji escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tilman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Tilman shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Marufuji napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Marufuji is looking to regain half guard here but Tilman keeps moving and retains side control.
Tilman controls the position.
Tilman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Marufuji keeps working.

Tilman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tilman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Marufuji is trying to escape the position but Tilman is controlling the position.

Tilman in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Marufuji is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
