Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emilianenko Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Andreas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Emilianenko Fedor has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodrigo Andreas!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andreas looks to land a combination but Fedor avoids it well.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fedor is defended easily by Andreas.
Fedor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Andreas's waist but Andreas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fedor off to one side.
Andreas stuffs the takedown attempt from Fedor. Fedor gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emilianenko Fedor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fedor shoots in looking for a takedown. Andreas tries to sprawl out of it but Fedor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Andreas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Andreas leaves Fedor with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Rodrigo Andreas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Andreas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
