The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allon ducks under a wild hook from Clay.
Clay throws a right and a left that both miss.
Clay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Allon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A shot to de liver by Allon. Beautiful body shot.
Allon dodges the punch combination from Clay.
Allon slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Clay takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Clay missing with a left hand there. Allon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Allon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Clay.
Allon dives in and grabs Clay's left leg, looking for a takedown. Clay pushes down on Allon's head and hops out.
Allon cracks Clay with an open hand slap.

It looks like Cassius Clay has been cut.
Allon throws a jab but it's blocked by Clay.
Allon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Clay but Clay pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Clay misses the jab.
Clay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Allon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cassius Clay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Allon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

A punch lands to the side of Clay 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Allon scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Allon connects with a crisp jab.
Clay throws a lazy right hand but Allon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Allon cracks Clay with an open hand slap.

Allon cracks Clay with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Allon lands with a cross.

Allon moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Allon lands a left and a right that sends Clay crashing to the canvas! Allon dives into mount looking to finish!
Clay avoids a series of strikes thrown by Allon.
Allon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Allon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Clay is looking to escape.
Clay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Allon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Allon won't let Clay get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Allon throwing strikes here but Clay is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Clay has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Clay is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Allon gets his way!
