The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Rock shoots in looking for a takedown. Liner tries to sprawl out of it but The Rock keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Liner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from Liner. No joy for The Rock on that attempt.
Liner drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The Rock pushes a forearm under Liner's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Liner is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
