Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anders Nordhoj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alberto Vabbutori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nordhoj comes to the cage accompanied by On and On. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vabbutori fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nordhoj avoids it really well and circles away.
Nordhoj fails in his attempt to clinch.
Some wild striking there from Nordhoj.
Vabbutori scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Anders Nordhoj has been cut.
Nordhoj fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Vabbutori.
Nordhoj is looking to land body kicks.
Nordhoj throws a left and a right that both miss

and Vabbutori moves into the clinch.
Nordhoj is pressed up against the cage. Vabbutori has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Nordhoj down to the mat. Nordhoj avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nordhoj keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Anders Nordhoj has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alberto Vabbutori.
Vabbutori avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nordhoj misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nordhoj shoots in looking for a takedown. Vabbutori tries to sprawl out of it but Nordhoj keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vabbutori manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Vabbutori goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Nordhoj misses with a two punch combination.

Nordhoj throws a low kick, looking for Vabbutori's leg but Vabbutori calmly moves out of range.

Nordhoj tries to clinch up

and Vabbutori counters with a crisp one two that drops Nordhoj! Vabbutori thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Nordhoj to his feet! Nordhoj is in big trouble!
Vabbutori stuffs the takedown attempt from Nordhoj. Nordhoj gets slowly back to his feet.
Nordhoj is breathing heavily.
Vabbutori looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nordhoj is fending him off so far but Vabbutori persists. Nope, Nordhoj circles away and we're back to standing.

Nordhoj is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Vabbutori.
Anders Nordhoj seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vabbutori throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Nordhoj stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Vabbutori lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Nordhoj is rocked!
Vabbutori moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Oh Nordhoj is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Anders Nordhoj's cut is getting worse.
Vabbutori fails to land the takedown.

Vabbutori rushes Nordhoj and presses him up against the cage.
Nordhoj seems to have got his legs back now.

Vabbutori manages to break the clinch.
Nordhoj misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vabbutori throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Nordhoj.
Whack! Vabbutori lands a heavy head kick that drops Nordhoj. The ref tackles Vabbutori to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Nordhoj was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Alberto Vabbutori!
