Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spiced Fillet of (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Straight Shooter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shooter closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Shooter lands in his opponent's guard.

Fillet of is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Shooter is controlling him.

Fillet of is looking to stand up but Shooter isn't so interested in that idea.
Fillet of might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Shooter thows a big elbow that misses.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Shooter shoots for a takedown but Fillet of saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Fillet of could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Shooter is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Fillet of is forced to tap! Great finish!
