Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Escobar's choice of entrance music: Dr. Kitch. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glenn Edwards!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pablo Escobar!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards tries to close the distance and clinch but Escobar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Glenn Edwards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Escobar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Escobar is just content to waste time from the top position. Edwards takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Escobar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Escobar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Edwards has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Escobar has managed to get both his arms back between Edwards's legs - danger averted.

That was a close second round but I would say that Glenn Edwards will probably get the nod.

Escobar postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Edwards is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Escobar, into his guard.

Pablo Escobar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Escobar has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
