The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds tries to close the distance and clinch up but Truant swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Steve Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Truant avoids a punch combination nicely.
Reynolds shoots in for a takedown but Truant shows good takedown defense.
Truant keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Truant stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Truant wants it to stay on the feet.

Reynolds is working Truant over with some ground and pound from side control.
Truant is still in real trouble! Can Reynolds finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
