The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tank gets the takedown into side control.

Tank wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by DIAS, who protects the arm well.
DIAS is trying to get back to half guard.
DIAS is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

DIAS is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tank pulls his head out easily.
DIAS wants to improve his position but Tank is controlling well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
DIAS shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Tank knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for DIAS on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Tank is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Tank stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. DIAS swivels though and keeps the full guard.

DIAS working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tank doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but DIAS is tightening it up a little... Tank has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Tank reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Tank taps out! nice BJJ there by DIAS!
