Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Davison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paolo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison comes to the ring accompanied by Indestructible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Paolo Souza was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza slips a jab and a cross from Davison.
Souza closes the distance and clinches up with Davison, looking for a takedown. Souza pushes Davison against the ropes but Davison circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Davison lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Souza misses with a takedown attempt - Davison sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Souza changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davison looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Davison throws and elbow that misses. Souza uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Davison's guard. Nice move by Souza!
