Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hatt Mughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Jonesy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jonesy has chosen CASH MONEY as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Jonesy!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonesy takes a swing at Mughes's ribcage but misses.

David Jonesy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jonesy is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mughes is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jonesy.

Mughes throws a leg kick which misses Jonesy's front leg but catches the back leg as Jonesy tries to avoid it.
A combination from Mughes does no damage.

and Mughes finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Mughes closes the distance and clinches.
Jonesy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mughes is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

and Mughes counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jonesy is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Mughes fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jonesy checks it well.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mughes, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
