Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Cop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Pelzerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cop lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Pelzerson avoids a kick to the body.
Cop throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pelzerson sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Pelzerson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cop was covering up waiting for the punch and Pelzerson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cop wants to get back to his feet but Pelzerson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Pelzerson is working Cop over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Pelzerson throwing strikes from guard but Cop blocks nicely.
Pelzerson lands a couple of elbows.
Cop pulls Pelzerson in close to prevent any damage.
Pelzerson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Cop wants to stand but Pelzerson is controlling the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Pelzerson's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pelzerson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Pelzerson is in close to Cop's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Cop knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pelzerson on the ground.
Pelzerson stands and throws Cop's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Cop tries to bench press Pelzerson off him but Pelzerson keeps the position.
Cop is trying to buck Pelzerson off.
Pelzerson in side control lands a decent elbow.
Cop is trying to get back to his feet.
Pelzerson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
