The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ladeia connects with a high kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gr lands with a punch from half guard.
Gr looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ladeia with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ladeia is looking to escape.
Gr is nestled in close to Ladeia, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gr is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Gr has an Americana. Ladeia didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Gr is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Gr hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
