PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cory Trevor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Indiana Terrier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevor kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Can't Not Be Feelin Dis. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Terrier looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Terrier throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Trevor.
Terrier connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Trevor's hands.

Terrier shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trevor but Trevor pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Trevor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Terrier is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Trevor is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Terrier has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Terrier!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Terrier fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Trevor manages to avoid it.

and Trevor counters with a nice double leg into side control. Terrier won't be happy with that.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Trevor's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Terrier postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Trevor is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Terrier, into his guard.
