Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Pederson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Noir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeremy Pederson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vince Noir!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Noir with that takedown attempt.
Pederson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Pederson fails to land with a series of punches.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Noir.
Pederson with a nice cross.
Pederson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Noir dives in and grabs Pederson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pederson pushes down on Noir's head and hops out.
Jeremy Pederson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vince Noir.
Noir slips a jab and a cross from Pederson.

Noir shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Noir was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Noir has hold of Pederson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Pederson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Pederson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Pederson regains half guard.
Pederson is looking for a sweep. Noir is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Noir wants to work for an arm triangle but Pederson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pederson tries to roll over but Noir keeps him under control.

Pederson is trying to maintain the position but Noir is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Pederson tries to roll over but Noir keeps him under control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Noir is looking to advance position but Pederson won't allow it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Noir shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

No luck for Noir with that takedown attempt.
Pederson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Noir takes one on the button.
Pederson lands a lovely overhand right.
Pederson throws a nice looking combination but Noir bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pederson tries to close the distance and clinch but Noir swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pederson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Pederson throws a sloppy head kick and Noir moves out of range easily.

Noir scores a takedown into full mount!
Pederson is trying to escape the mount but Noir keeps good control and instead manages to take Pederson's back.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Noir has the hooks in. Pederson is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Noir looking for the choke from the back.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pederson tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Pederson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pederson is working to get back to half guard.
Noir wants to take Pederson's back but he can't do it this time.
Pederson is looking to get to half guard.
Pederson is trying to reverse the position but instead Noir has taken his back - oops!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Noir is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Pederson taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Noir.
