I think Zeigler might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to This Could Be Anywhere In The World by Alexisonfire. Nick Jonhson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jake Zeigler's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeigler stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zeigler wants it to stay on the feet.
Zeigler scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Nick Jonhson has been cut.
Jonhson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zeigler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jonhson.
Jonhson throws the left hand but Zeigler avoids the punch easily.
Jonhson shoots for a double leg takedown but Zeigler sprawls well. He's pushed Jonhson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Jonhson counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Jonhson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Jonhson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Zeigler dives on top into guard.
