Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Muir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luck Chiddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chiddell has chosen DMX - Where my dogs at as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big head kick from Chiddell and Muir is sent sprawling to the canvas!
Muir knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chiddell on the ground.
Chiddell prevents Muir from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muir looking for a sweep. Not yet Muir, not yet.
Chiddell stays in close to Muir's body and controls the position.
Chiddell lands a couple of elbows.
Chiddell working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Muir is rocked!
Chiddell is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Oh Muir is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Chiddell gets to his feet - Muir follows without any prompting.
Chiddell slips a jab and a cross from Muir.

Chiddell rushes Muir and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Chiddell has hold of one of Muir's legs. Muir is fighting the takedown attempt but Chiddell gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Muir seems to have got his legs back now.

Let's hope that Chiddell has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Chiddell won't allow Muir to get back to his feet.
Chiddell postures up and lands a big shot to Muir's brow.
Muir can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chiddell controls the pace.
Chiddell looks gassed!

Chiddell decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Muir, up you get!
Muir closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Chiddell keeps the fight on the outside.
No joy there for Muir, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Chiddell avoids a punch combination nicely.
Muir looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Muir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chiddell as he avoids it easily.

Muir is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Chiddell locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Muir is forced to tap!
