The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

KING darts in and clinches RX up against the cage.
KING lands a body shot.
RX tries for a takedown. No joy.

RX ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. RX no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
KING wants to pass the guard but RX is keeping the position.
RX lands a good elbow from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if RX can do anything to dispel that myth.
RX pulls KING in close to prevent any damage.
RX throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
KING wants to stand but RX has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
KING postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
RX keeping moving, preventing KING from controlling successfully.
RX trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
KING wants to pass the guard but RX is keeping the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
KING throws a series of strikes that have RX backpedaling.
RX keeps the fight on the outside.
RX tries to score a power double leg takedown but KING sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten RX somewhat.
RX is looking to clinch.

RX is thwarting KING's attempts to control the position.
RX drops an elbow to the side of KING's head.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

KING is in all sorts of trouble here.
RX softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and KING is out cold! RX jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
