Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cung Lau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Skorski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lau takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Skorski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lau sprawls well. Lau wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Skorski gets slowly back to his feet.
Skorski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lau tries to avoid it but Skorski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lau to the ground. Lau escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lau misses with a double jab.
Lau just misses with a punch to the body.
Skorski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lau thows a body shot but no joy.
Skorski misses with a takedown attempt - Lau sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Cung Lau has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Skorski.
Skorski shoots in for a double leg but Lau sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Skorski looks gassed!
Skorski shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lau as he avoids it easily.
Skorski shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Lau rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Skorski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Skorski throws out a loose jab but Lau uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lau drops Skorski with a beautiful combination! Skorski stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lau is looking for the KO!

Skorski is rocked!

It looks like Michael Skorski has been cut.
Lau connects with a superb combination that knocks Skorski out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Lau before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Skorski!
