Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Casanova closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Casanova working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
aboot is looking to regain half guard here but Casanova keeps moving and retains side control.

Casanova wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by aboot, who protects the arm well.
aboot tries to improve position but can't.
Check out the look on Casanova's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

aboot is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Casanova asserts his dominance and retains side control.
aboot manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
aboot tries to pass the half guard into mount. Casanova knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Casanova has hold of aboot's hands but aboot slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Casanova has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for aboot. Oh but Casanova has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! aboot goes limp - he's gone! Casanova jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
